I have always dreamed of having my own business, and based on that dream, I founded AKF Legal Search Consultants after working for many years at another research firm, where I took charge of the placement of employees, lawyers and partners in law firms and corporations in New York and California. Andrea has been a lawyer since 1981. She worked as a family law lawyer for many years and represented many people as they went to family court. In addition, she spent many years representing guardians ad litem (persons representing the best interests of the child in the courtroom) before the juvenile courts. She completed her training as a mediator in 1991 and has since expanded her practice with other ADR skills.
