Mecklenburg County (which includes Charlotte) and most of Wake County (including Raleigh) have introduced mandatory indoor masks. Gov. Roy Cooper lifted all mass convention and social distancing requirements on May 14. Face coverings nationwide are still mandatory in some places, such as on public transit. Current gathering limits: The state allows gatherings of any size, though some counties may have additional restrictions. Open for Business is a partnership with Ritual One that helps restaurants and other retailers who offer or wish to offer delivery, pickup, takeout and/or contactless meals. Restaurants have an online menu page, QR code, and POS system that can exist standalone and link to current online listings or integrated with an existing business website. The platform is free, with no service fees and no processing until the end of 2020. Of the registered companies, Ritual will provide free service fees to 250 companies by the end of 2021. On April 6, 2020, the Judicial Council, which oversees California`s judicial system, issued emergency rules to suspend court proceedings in all deportation cases except for the protection of public health and safety. While the Judicial Council`s emergency rules do not prevent a landlord from filing a complaint of unlawful detention in court, they do prevent a subpoena or default judgment from being issued. Restrictions continue to vary from county to county. Since August 19, in Dane County, which includes Madison, masks are mandatory indoors. Originally expiring on 16 September, the mandate was extended until 3 January. On June 2, the county had previously lifted its mask requirement as well as restrictions on public gatherings and business. Masks are no longer mandatory in Milwaukee, and the city lifted its gathering restrictions on June 15. An indoor mask requirement went into effect in Philadelphia on Aug.

Due to Covid-19, there are strict safety rules that must be followed and long waiting times are expected. On July 27, Governor Steve Sisolak imposed a mandate requiring everyone to wear a mask in public spaces, even if they are vaccinated. On the same day the mask requirement was announced, Nevada reported 1,143 people hospitalized with confirmed or suspected cases of Covid-19, which is just below hospitalizations at the same time last year at the height of the second wave. Clark County also requires venues that host indoor gatherings of more than 250 people to submit a Covid-19 plan for approval. In western Colombia and Cayce, masks are mandatory, requiring masks to be worn indoors and outdoors when physical distancing is not possible. Colombia revoked its mandate on 9 November. Restrictions on mass gatherings were lifted on March 1. On May 11, Governor McMaster issued an executive order banning vaccination passports and preventing local governments from creating mask mandates. Current meeting limits: There is no limit to the size of meetings. Current compliance limits: Capacity limits for events have been lifted. However, organizers must require proof of vaccination for indoor gatherings of more than 1,000 people and outdoor gatherings of more than 10,000 people.

Alaska entered Phase Three of Governor Mike Dunleavy`s “Responsible Alaska Reopening Plan” on May 22, 2020, allowing most businesses to reopen at full capacity. Large gatherings are allowed in the state, but some cities have introduced additional restrictions. In Juneau, masks must be worn indoors by everyone, regardless of vaccination status. Indoor gatherings are limited to 50 people and masks are mandatory if unvaccinated people are present. When everyone is fully vaccinated, there are no capacity limits. Restaurants no longer have a capacity limit, but bars and gyms are limited to 50%. Only fully vaccinated individuals can participate in indoor fitness classes.
All residents of Los Angeles County are eligible. At testing centers across the city, testing is available to everyone, whether or not you have symptoms of COVID-19. Other sites may have different permission rules. Janet Mills lifted capacity limits and physical distancing requirements for indoor and outdoor gatherings on May 24 as part of the Moving Maine Forward plan. Current Meeting Limits: All compliance capacity limits have been lifted.
